que LORD ARTHUR CLEMENTINE, legítimo proprietário da terra situada na cordilheira norte das Montanhas de Reddington, concede e transfere à portadora deste documento, LADY AURAVEI DE TRINSDALE, a terra, floresta e águas dos penhascos íngremes localizados à sombra norte da “montanha folha de azevinho”, com todos os direitos, privilégios e acessórios pertencentes a ela.

Limites
A propriedade do MONTE HOLLY consiste em densas florestas, ladeadas por paredões rochosos, irrigadas por riachos de nascentes montanhosas e pontuadas por várias quedas d’água de escoamento. Esta área está abrigada entre a encosta e a sela norte do cume, abrangendo cerca de 80 acres de terra. A propriedade está situada a sudoeste de Reddington, limitada ao sul por escarpas íngremes e ao leste pela estrada principal para Tanner Fork.

Pactos
Eu, LORD ARTHUR CLEMENTINE, firmo, prometo e concordo com LADY AURAVEI, seus herdeiros e cessionários, que estou legalmente em posse das referidas terras, que as mesmas estão livres e desembaraçadas de quaisquer ônus, que tenho pleno direito de vender e transferir as mesmas à mencionada Lady Auravei, seus herdeiros e cessionários, e que garantirei e defenderei contra todas as reivindicações e demandas legais que porventura surgirem.

Know all men by these presents,
that LORD ARTHUR CLEMENTINE, rightful owner of the land that rests in the northern range of the Reddington Mountains, doth grant and convey to the bearer of this document, LADY AURAVEI OF TRINSDALE, the land, forest, and waters of the sheer cliffs that rest in the northern shadow of the “holly leaf mountain”, with all the rights, privileges, and appurtenances thereunto belonging.

Boundaries
The property of MOUNT HOLLY, consists of dense woods, flanked by cliff walls, irrigated by mountain spring streams and punctuated by several runoff waterfalls. This area is sheltered between the summit’s northern slope and saddle, spanning across 80 ODD ACRES of land. The property is situated south-west of Reddington, bounded on the south by steep crags, and abutting the east by the high-road to Tanner Fork.

Covenants
I, LORD ARTHUR CLEMENTINE, covenant, promise and agree with LADY AURAVEI, her heirs and assigns, that I am lawfully seized and possessed of the said premises, that the same are free and clear of all encumbrances, that I have good right to sell and convey the same to the said Lady Auravei, her heirs and assigns, and that I will warrant and defend the same against all lawful claims and demands whatsoever.

In hand and seal, I make my mark in the grand year of Fenn Aries, Nineteen Hundred and Twelve.
